Mr. Thundder Bio
Mr. Thundder from his location in Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Thundder is a solo artist, producer and song writer. Mr. Thundder always loved music. The love of the guitar came from his old ancestors who played the instrument. Mr. Thundder keeps the tradition alive by playing it as his favorite instrument.
When he was young his family bought him a guitar and he played it all the time.
Mr. Thundder listened to all genres of music blues, rock, rap, jazz, Caribbean and loved them all.
Mr. Thundder is a guitarists, that is the instrument he plays.
Mr. Thundder first starting playing music in church where he learned to play together in a group, playing guitar and singing vocals. With the payment and encouragement he received from the church, he purchased a recording microphone and recording gear. He set up his studio where he recorded and wrote his first songs.
During that time Mr. Thundder headlined at the Angel City Cafe. In 2014, Mr. Thundder headlined at Amplify Hollywood, and recorded his successful 1st official EP “With the Love.” The EP included the hit recordings: Rolling Thundder, Grasping For The Air, Joyful, One and Overcome. Two of the songs received awards from the Acadamia Music Awards.
From there in 2015, Mr. Thundder produced his music video “Joyful.”
After the release of the video, Mr. Thundder garnered the attention of critics and fans who called him super creative. The video won Best Music Video at The Christian Film Festival. The ultra-stylistic, electric flare and good vibe it showed pushed him ahead of all artists, indie or major, as being the most striking solo artist.
In 2016, Mr. Thundder released another hit, “I’m the Conquering Lion.” Mastered by Universal Mastering. The single sold out 4 times at Los Angeles record stores Mono Records and Amoeba Music and was praised as the best cover art ever. The single also was also #1 on iTunes. Mr. Thundder finished his movie titled “The Lion Horn of Christ,” that he stars in. Mr. Thundder’s perfomrances use sound system with the music blasting through speakers.
The Thundder again released another single in 2019 “My Strength and Peace”, that single also went #1 on iTunes.
2023 Mr. Thundder is going to release additional original music, personally crafted, audio. Music for this adventure.
Mr. Thundder is a 5 time award-wining artist.
